Specifically designed for the European DTH markets, this Monoblock LNB allows for dual satellite reception. It can be used for the broadcast reception (on an 80cm dish antenna) of any two satellites spaced with 6°. It enables the signal distribution to a Set Top Box with Single Tuner. The LNB is optimized for High Definition transmissions and provides excellent Noise Figure performance. Designed to meet strict specifications and manufactured to the highest industry quality standards, this LNB is an ideal solution for satellite broadcast reception across Europe.

What is a feedhorn?

What is a Monoblock LNB?
This design consists of two independent LNBs in a single case. The two LNBs can be automatically addressed with any DiSEqC 1.0 or higher receiver. In some cases they can also be addressed with ToneBurst / MiniDiSEqC. However, they are only available for satellites with a fixed 3 degree, 4.3 degree, 6 degree …spacing. In Europe, for example, there are monoblock single, twin and quad LNBs for the Ku band, which have a pre-defined spacing of 6 degrees (for Astra 1 / Hotbird , for example).

Why can I receive only one satellite with my Monoblock?

Monoblock LNBs are designed for a specific dish size, 80cm for example. If your dish is too small (70cm for example) or too wide (90cm for example) it is not possible to receive both satellites together. Please choose the dish size for which the monoblock LNB has been designed.
