1. Purpose
Manage customer portfolio and generate new accounts in line with the company sales and marketing policy. Main accounts being in the following segments:
• Pay-TV operators

• ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) customers

4. Principal Accountabilities
 

  • Reach sales and gross margin targets set for his customers portfolio.
  • Generating new customers thru active acquisition actions.

5. Position Requirements
 

  • Relevant BA/BSc equivalent degree (commerce, marketing, business); advantage to engineering or other technical background.
  • Proven track records in sales operations in the CE space, preferably in TV broadcast, Consumer Electronics or Media sectors; experience in one of our key market being an asset (Germany, UK, Benelux, France, Spain, Italy, Poland, Russia)
  • Project management competence in a sales environment. Business view on project process and ability to generate new customers.
  • Ability to quickly integrate main technical aspects linked to digital TV broadcast and reception.

c. 5 years of experience in product management and project management. Work in consumer electronic [CE] environment and exhibited knowledge of product and business driver in the CE industry.
d. German native speaker and writer; fluent in English as a working environment. Other languages an advantage.
e. Good familiarity with the DVB markets. Particular experience in set top box market space is highly desirable.
f. Proven experience in working with R&D teams, external suppliers, production personnel and internal sales teams
g. European market experience and past work with Asian suppliers - highly desired

Director or Sr Manager, Finance

Position description: INVERTO Digital Labs, a pioneer in the DVB market (Digital Video Broadcast), headquartered in Luxembourg, seeks the a Senior Manager, or Director of Finance to lead, accompany and drive its growth; role encompasses the oversight of a planning and budgeting, ERP (SAP Business One), audit and control of a group of companies in Luxembourg and Poland , investors relations and heading of statutory and regulatory processes, and the foreseen development of spin-off and growing activities in the company’s core domains. The position shall be expected to further learn and contribute to the business and act as a member of the management team.
The appropriate candidate shall have solid experience with comparable level of activities, ability to adapt and lead change in highly dynamic circumstances, have a strong CPA or Finance background, with, preferably, an MBA from leading university, and proficiency in English. Any other language is highly valued. Engineering background is also an advantage. References will be required as well.

Purpose and responsibilities
Drive company's finance agenda. Assume ownership on finance planning, control and
decision support activities.

1. Finance Planning - Direct and own company-wide budget processes,
including routine budget reviews. Company is also running subsidiary activities in Luxembourg Germany, Poland (in process of set up), UK, and with partnership relations in Israel.

Audit activities shall be overseen by the Director of Finance to provide both legally required and shareholder defined financial reports.

2. Financial Control Operations - With a AR/AP accounting team under his/her responsability, the Director of Finance defines procedures and executes control mechanisms,
including:

• Budget and Expense Procedures (IR's)
• Credit Management, set up of instruments such as Letter of Credits
• Collection of receivables
• Inventory routine validation and valuations
• Costing of projects, business cases, and customer or product P&L’s.
• Account Management of core suppliers
• Cash Flow Management

3. Regulatory reporting: Manage taxes (direct and indirect) aspects including relations and declarations to Authorities. Control and report Intracom declarations to Statec.


4. Review and control of company contracts with suppliers, customers and other parties.

5. Manage SAP Business One ERP system. The company has recently adopted SAP business 1 as its ERP system. The Director of Finance shall assume the role to oversee the development of the ERP system, including most add –on software modules that are planned to be plugged onto the basis ERP.


6. IR (Investor Relations) – supervise and execute various statutory activities, such as General Shareholder Meetings, Board Meetings, issuance of shares, etc.


7. Other financing and reporting activities, including, ongoing projects with Luxinnovation – Government body executing the European R&D support funding instrument.

a. Measurable success ownership over Financial Planning and Control Processes.

b. Company goals with regards to various aspects of financial control above

Position Requirements
a. CPA or firm university finance background, advantage to distinctive educational results; MBA in accredited institution ; candidates with legal background, but who have had experience in managing finance activities in a corporation are also welcome.

b. Minimum of 6 years experience in corporate finance, minimum of three of which in relevant senior management positions, either within well-structured industry companies or in consulting projects. Experience in International trading business will be considered as a high advantage. Proven ability to develop modern company procedures and establish effective and time-efficient financial control handles. Quick
learner.

c. Close familiarity with budget process, financial reviews, credit management and account receivables and payables management.

d. Management skills and ability to matrix-manage and manage directly company wide Procedures and contracts; results oriented. Excellent interpersonal skills is a requirement.

e. Excellent communications skills in English, and in French or German. Other languages are an advantage (Chinese an advantage).
